Office Services for Member Societies

OFFICE SERVICES

The following facilities are available for member societies of ACESS:
1. Bulk Mailing. ACESS maintains a bulk mailing permit which can be used by member societies to mail notice of meetings and other pertinent material to their members.
2. Post Office Box. This facility can be used by member societies for receiving mail.
3. Conference Room. The conference room at ACESS office is available by prior reservation for meetings of society board, executive committee and other similar entities.
4. Secretarial Services. While ACESS does not have any paid employees it can facilitate secretarial services through outside contractors.
