The Akron Section of SPE inducted Tom Murdough, the founder of Little Tikes, Step 2 and Simplay3, into our Plastics Hall of Fame for the pioneering work he accomplished with the rotational molding process. He took a prototyping process and developed it into a mass production process for toys, garden and other consumer products.
